One of the most irritatingly funny new Yorkers and a guy that's more associated with aggravating people, rather then entertaining people is none other than Andy Milonakis. He's the guy you love to hate. He has the kind of show that make you ask your self way am I watching this nonsense but can't help, but not be able to unglue your eyeballs from the screen. Just watch as he go around NYC harassing people !!!
